NetBSD/i386 (1.0) already has a tunnel device driver in the distribution
although iij-ppp requires/wants a special one which is part of the iij-ppp
distribution (at least the 0.94 beta one). Just replace the if_tun.c and the
header file as described in the iij-ppp documentation with the iij-ppp
supplied files and recompile the kernel (with the required tun entries in
your config file).
