Summary: I'm doing an article about computer myths
Keywords: myths computer folklore

I'm doing an article about computer myths and I'd like people
to submit anything they know of other people who believe in
faulty myths to do with computers... like that Bill Gates
personally invented the PC or that a PC is better than a
Cray, or that that Windows was the *first* GUI.

The more detail you can give me, the better; if you can give
credit to a particular authority for the mis-information, a
newspaper for example, even better.
