sendmail.cf's "Cw" class is your friend. Enter all host names you
wish your sendmail to respond itself there (including e.g.
"localhost").
The wildcard MX is generally not a very wise thing; it tend's to hide
errors or to produce error messages hard to understand (like the above
one).
