I am trying to install Walnut Creek's FreeBSD 2.0 on my system. It boots fine from the floppies that I make off the CD, but when I go to the install option i start getting "ncr:0: error ..." and i notice that I can't access the MBR of sd1 and sd2... it sees the drives when it's booting up... I am trying to install BSD onto sd2.... I get "ncr:2: ERROR (80:140:2a) (8/13) @ ( 2b83fc:900b0000)" and then sd2 nolonger appears in the list of selectable drives for fdisk and disklabel. what's wrong? Joe.
