I can't get ELM to read in new mail..if you have mail on the system and try to run ELM it craps out... now for PINE it couldn't find the new mail, i had to set the path manual to /var/mail/$USER (default was /var/spool/mail/$USER) Anyone else find these weird little anonamlies (sp?), i had to do some manual stuff for the ethernet, i can ping each box but when i try to telnet/www/ftp/ sendmail i get that "permission denied" anyone know why? i have the machines done right in the hosts...but someone said something about the host.equiv ?? it's late and i should goto sleep ...thanks for any help you may send.. -b +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Sometimes I think I'd be better off dead.
