I just bought 2 (16 user sited lic.) of BSDI but does anyone know where to
get a _big_ manual?? i was expecting something alittle bigger then what
came with the system...the setup is a lot better then FreeBSD, but I'm still
running in to problems..manly my etherneting machines together, which i notice
little things don't work properly ie ELM and PINE. I can't get ELM to read
in new mail..if you have mail on the system and try to run ELM it craps out...
now for PINE it couldn't find the new mail, i had to set the path manual to
/var/mail/$USER (default was /var/spool/mail/$USER)

Anyone else find these weird little anonamlies (sp?), i had to do some manual
stuff for the ethernet, i can ping each box but when i try to telnet/www/ftp/
sendmail i get that "permission denied" anyone know why? i have the machines
done right in the hosts...but someone said something about the host.equiv ??

it's late and i should goto sleep ...thanks for any help you may send..
