This reminds me: i've still got one of them (the NFS file handle
problem) sitting in my inbox.  I've neither found someone to confirm
your suggestion is right, nor somebody to reject it, nor has it been
very obvious to me it's either right or wrong.

I promise to dig into the problem after 2.0.5, so you can expect it in
2.1 (or being rejected with a sufficient explanation).
