Yes, except it's been run through 'sgmlfmt' to produce HTML (as opposed to the other options to produce LaTEX, etc.). ] Why not in /pub/FreeBSD/docs ? It's not done yet, and someone would have to install over 15M of LaTEX to do the conversion, but nobody likes LaTEX?
