This will work.  Yes, the -c thing is easy.

This problem is known, and I have seen threats from some of the core team
and major hacker contributors about gutting some device drivers to make them 
more consistent.  Probably, a 2.1 or 2.2 project.


BTW, the someone was me.  I seem to answer a lot of 3c509 questions.
