It wasn't actually fine before.. :-)  Gary just found another bogus
assumption in my code and NOW it should be fixed.  This and a number of
other fixes will be in 2.0.5-BETA going out tonite (the build is running
now).

Hostname is not so important as the IP address, which you can leave blank
or specify as "0" if you want dynamic negotiation to work.  Please let
me know how this works in the BETA!
