Simply try to run ifconfig with the Sorry, I ment to say that they are not recognized at bootup. I have since been shown the reason why, but now have a different sort of problem. My cards are only detectable (atleast as DOS is concerned) on irq 2 dma 3. I have compiled the kernel before so I have no qualms about doing it again, but I need to know the proper way to address dma channels in FreeBSD. I can change the irq to 2 (which bsd will change to 9, I'm sure) but what about dma channels? Anybody know? Thanks in advance! Dennis Anfield halastr@primenet.com
