Yes, but keep in mind that it's an X server only (but a good one, for what people are saying). You need to obtain the X window clients from the XFree86 (TM) distribution. Since XFree86 does also provide a bunch of servers, it might already be all you need. Accelerated X is rather a high-end server, and it supports some graphics cards that are unsupported in XFree86. It has some other advantages, for the minor disadvantage that you are expected to pay $ 99 for it.
