  I've seen the 4-12 snap with much better uptimes:  over two weeks, and 
every time it was rebooted, it was something I was doing (new hardware, 
config change, etc).  Conclusion:  IT IS YOUR HARDWARE.  You have a 
component with a buggy driver.  You need to list your hw config.
