This is true...  I, personally, don't have plans to actively work on it.
I'll be happy to take patches, though.  The difficulty with that is that
it's hard to work on it unless you have a working system--catch-22 unless
you have two old machines around (one running BSD, the other your target)...

I had my paws on an LCII a year or two ago, but only for a week or
two--it looked like it should have worked, but it didn't.
I still don't know why--it froze in a completely illogical place,
if I remember correctly.
