I just completed a DOS installation on the same disk. They are co-existing happily, but I can not get dual boot to work. If I install a boot manager (os-bs from the NetBSD tree, or BootEasy from FreeBSD) they see both the DOS and NetBSD partitions and put them in the menu. When I try to boot only the DOS partition works though, selecting NetBSD does nothing. I am able to stick a bootable NetBSD floppy in and then tell it to boot from "hd(0,a)/netbsd" and NetBSD comes up just fine. I have also played with different partition table arrangements to no avail. Could anyone give me some pointers on how to get this dual boot thing working? -- Leo Bicknell - bicknell@ufp.org | Make a little birdhouse bicknell@vt.edu | in your soul...... bicknell@cs.vt.edu | They Might http://www.ufp.org/~bicknell/ | Be Giants
