I got a copy of Kermit for unix from columbia and compiled it on my FreeBSD
system. It compiled and linked perfectly, and it works great, with one
exception. I did a 'sho terminal', and it listed the terminal type as
'ansi'. I dialed up a VAX and tried to use EDT, and it barfed. It seems
to understand some of the escape sequences, but not all of them, and is is
basically unusable for editing. What am I doing wrong here?
