I do quite a bit of travel to support businesses in the rural Oregon counties and would like to have ISDN service. One area that I visit just upgraded two years ago to touch-tone from the old rotary-dial. Another local telephone company will be a long time getting ISDN. The population in that area is dropping and there is no incentive to enhance the telephone capability of the region. -- Steve Hathaway <steve@oem.state.or.us>
