Joerg works very hard to help people here (just check the archives - his "record" speaks for itself!), and if he gets occasionally miffed at stuff like the above then it's because he generally has every right to be. Paraskevas was saying, in effect, "I didn't bother reading the doc you guys went through so much trouble to write since it's far easier to just bother you guys about it every time I have a question, and I'm just too lazy to read it all." Sure, he didn't actually SAY that, but he might just as well have, and it goes without saying that we're all busy enough just trying to put this stuff together without also having to answer questions that are already answered. If the docs are insufficient or unclear then that's another matter entirely, and I'm always willing to work to clear such things up, but those actions which are clearly and obviously explained in the documentation I've provided on the boot floppy are things that I also expect people NOT to ask questions about, and when they do then I get just a little suspicious that they're trying to avoid work by foisting it onto us. Given that our product is free, we're not inclined to be too happy about that and such folks deserve whatever angry replies they get. Jordan
