Netscape can be ftp'd from Netscape's FTP server ;).  Try ftp.netscape.com
in /netscape/unix/netscape-c11N-export.i386-unknown-bsd.tar.Z -- or 
something like that ;).  You should be able to untar/uncompress it and 
run it straight away without anything special -- I did under my 2.0.5R 
installation a few days ago.  With regards to Mosaic -- haven't tried, 
but it should be available from ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu.
