I just spent a few hours installing and then re-installing freebsd 2.0 on
my system. When I finish partitioning the drive, editing and assigning the
partitions, writing and rebooting, I get a series of messages like "unable
to find device", then at the end of the scroll a message that says
"resizing d partition" and then "panic - unable to mount root". Then the
system reboots. I am a novice at this, but I read and reread the readme
files, the troubleshooting file, the release notes and every other doc ...
any suggestions? Thanks
