My old system was gone after a kernel crash tried to save the core. All I get from 'fdisk' is a: ioctl DIOCWLABEL: operation not supported by device I know that the drive is ok because it is my former source disk. I use the 2.0.5-RELEASE kernel. I also tried the new 2206-SNAP. /gT/ -- Gerd Truschinski | Yes, this is the sort of scenario I gt@freebsd.first.gmd.de | think up to amuse myself in the evenings. emma@cs.tu-berlin.de | -- with confirmation from Larisa
