This is sheer idiocy. Look at market penetration for Windows in the USA as a percentage of computer O/S's. It is higher than in Europe where Amiga's are far more popular than in the US and where UNIX is far more often used as a corporate networking platform. Certainly for members of the CIS et al, it has been easier to join a mailing list.
