I have a Toshiba SCSI CD-ROM (3601, successor to 3501), and I have a DOS CD in there (Dark Forces in case you're wondering). I can get a directory of it using ls, and my drive gets recognized on boot, but the eject button on the drive doesn't open it up. Similarly, my Zip drive won't eject its contents. First question: What do I need to do to make these disks ejectable? Second question: Has anyone figured out how to get a Zip disk formatted under FreeBSD? I get errors when I try to disklabel it. I can make a note of the errors and post/mail them later if I get a response.
