No, i don't think so. If i'm not mistaken, it's only relevant for memory pages belonging to the ``ISA hole'' (0xa0000 - 0xfffff), and for pages that are used for a bus-master DMA controller, e.g. one of the better SCSI controllers. If your OS/2 does already fail booting the floppy, i don't think there's the problem. > I suppose Ill have to learn something about this. The only documentation i've got about this is a German book describing the i386 (and marginally the i486) architecture.
