Installation was ok. When I tried to reboot, the system returned the error `Missing operating system'. So I booted from another FBSD-hd and used this drive to boot from the newly installed system (using hd(1,a)/kernel). This worked (checked the installation: all was there). Then I spent the whole day trying to disklabel the disk in order to make it boot by itself - alas, without any luck :-((( Did anybody encounter this type of error? With a solution to it perhaps? -- Michael Giegerich, E-Mail: migieger@luva.lb.bawue.de, Voice: +49 7144 39337
