FreeBSD 2.0.5 or later doesn't come with a ppp interface pre-
configured (due to space constraints of the boot floppy).  This is not
a big problem for the boot floppy itself, since it's using iijppp (and
thus, the tun0 interface), but if you're going to use pppd, you have
to reconfigure and rebuild your kernel.
