Hello,

I recently diagnosed my buslogic 445c controller as being weird and
decided to return it for a new one just in case it was defective. I
installed a 2842 that I had handy to hold me over until the 445c returned
from rma land. However, when I go to do a dump, I get kernel messages
that dishearten me.

dd if=/dev/nrst0 bs=63b

produces

st0(ahc0:3:0): NO SENSE info 2e00

If anyone has any pointers to what may be causing this error, I would
love to hear them.

Thanks,

Alan Laird
