The diskette was written on the 486/1542. And I can read the bin.aa files off the msdos diskettes when I "dir" on the t2400, so I'm sure the floppy drive is working, and I have good media. I wrote the bin.aa files on the above 486 as well. Is there something stupid in the Toshiba that looks for a magic number etc on a boot floppy? Anyone else tried a t2400? ../Steven
