My copy of the Walnut Creek CD for 2.0 cost GBP24 or thereabouts from PDSL 
(01892 663298).

According to another of Jordan's postings, Lasermoon (info@lasermoon.co.uk) 
are working on a 2.0.5 CD with Motif binaries! (at a price, though).
