Since we (company i work for etc) are using APC smartups (400 to 600/rack, Matrix etc...) and currently have no way of controlled shutdown under FreeBSD 2.0.5, I imagine that I will be kludging something together. Someone on one of the *BSD groups mailed me the commands to the smartups, and I imagin that while I am doing it I can try to make it work for the Non-Smart mode (which is BackUp compatible I believe.)
