Lines: 22 Message-ID: <3ugi16INNgv@scarecrow.mke.ab.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: abns3.mke.ab.com X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] I am upgrading a FreeBSD 1.5.1.1 system to 2.0.5. The install process works fine, but then the system hangs during boot with the following message: npx0: INTERRUPT 16 The system is a Compaq 55M with 16MB RAM, 1.6 gig IDE drive, BT747 SCSI controller, CD-ROM, and a soundblaster card. It is an EISA system. I have tried pulling various cards... no luck. BTW, the system has DOS on the first partition and FreeBSD on the second. Any help will be greatly appreciated, -- Thad Phetteplace Network Systems Analyst, Allen-Bradley Co.
