Doesn't ftp.uni-regensburg.de carry them? In pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-Amiga/contrib/X11
or something like that... ftp.luth.se and ftp.hrz.uni-kassel.de have NetBSD
mirrors if Regensburg is busy (as it has been for latest weeks).

At least there are X11R6 binaries for Amiga, and I think I've seem X11R5, too.
