Not altogether true.  I'm using 4 generic com cards, some with 4 sio's
for a total of 12 com ports all on one shared interrupt.  Some surgery
was required but anyone handy with an exacto knife and a soldering iron
should be able to perform the hack.  The hack will work with virtually
ANY generic serial card.  Let me know if you want more info.
