Hi,
I would like to get some help with a problem I have been having
recently. When a dial-up user connects to the system gated issues
the following log:

Jul 19 10:22:49 maestro gated[38]: task_set_option: task RIP.0.0.0.0+520
socket 13 option MulticastInterface(12) interface 205.208.46.12(sl0):
 Can't assign requested address

Jul 19 10:23:00 maestro gated[38]: task_set_option: task INET
socket 10 option GroupDrop(11) interface 205.208.46.12(sl0)
 group 224.0.0.2: Can't assign requested address

Gated issues a log every 30 seconds, after that the system gets
slower and executing nslookup would take very long to complete.
It seems to me there is some interaction between named and gated.
Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Thanks,
Tayeb
