you either have to install the shared termlib in you library search path
(look into /etc/rc for ldconfig or man ldconfig) or you have to set the
environmentvariable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the place where you've put the
libtermnet.so.2.3 to - this way the dynamic linker (ld.so) can find it
by the way - has anybody got term working properly on the serverside under
FreeBSD - i always get a
Remote: term 2.2.4
tty /dev/ttyp4. exec /bin/tcsh
Warning: no access to tty (Inappropriate ioctl for device).
Thus no job control in this shell.
normally it should be:
graichen@mordillo:~> trsh
Remote: term 2.2.4
tty /dev/ttyp5. exec /bin/tcsh
and if i use FreeBSD i also get problems using this terminal (sometimes
^jstty sane^j is needed to bring it back to life) - the version was 2.2.4 -
any ideas ?
