Look into the ports/net directory of your favourite FreeBSD archive
(or /usr/ports/net in your filesystem, if you have installed it).
There are ports for lynx, tkWWW, chimera.

Additionally there are precompiled versions of Mosaic-2.5 and
Netscape (for BSDI) available.  Ask archie.
