I've configured a Pentium 90 PC (40M RAM) using FreeBSD-2.05 as a WEB proxy
server (Cern-3.0). It is working fine except the httpd can only spawn 40
processes (I did not use root to exec. httpd). So I increased the max. number
processes any users can have from 40 to 80 (MAXUPRC in
/usr/include/sys/h/param.h) and recompiled. But the situation does not
improve. Any suggestion?

I'd appreciate if you could email suggestion to me. My news feed has been
delayed by a week.

Regards,
