I have had no problem Installing FreeBSD, I can literally select the things I want to install from a menu and let it do it, come back in 30 mins and it is done. It is esp. easy if you have a machine on the internet you are installing on. I have not recently installed Linux so I cannot comment on it. > --Are there different ways to set up the MSDOS and Un*x >partitions? Which one do I start with? If you are going to co-exist with DOS create a DOS partition first then create you Unix partition (to make sure you reserve the space for it). > --Does FreeBSD come with the drivers necessary for an Ethernet >(3C509) card?
