I'm attempting to install FreeBSD 2.0.5 from the Walnut Creek CD-ROM (Dated June, 1995), and having made the boot disks, when I attempt to boot from them, the boot program starts, but immediately begins to return the error: Error: C:0 H:0 S:18 This is on a MicroChannel machine with an IBM SCSI controller. Is this error a result of the MCA bus, or is it an indicator of some other problem which can or cannot be remedied? While I have a fair amount of experience with UN*X systems, this is my first foray into FreeBSD.
