I simply ftp'ed ftp.cdrom.com:/pub/FreeBSD/tools/dos-tools/bteasy14.zip
and unzip'ed it.  This utility can also be found on the FreeBSD CDROM in
the \tools\dos-tools directory.

Boot to ms-dos (if you can, otherwise use a dos boot floppy) and just
ran bootinst.  I "installed" it on both of my drives.  (May not have
been the most optimal way, but it works).  Really quite easy.
