The server comes up fine and many X applications run, but some crash the system (namely xfig). I am using 2.0.5R and X3.1.1 which came on the FreeBSD CDROM. The machine is a 486DX vesa bus PC. I am going to try 3.1.2, but I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem... thanks James /****************************************************************/ James A.
