Their phone number is 800-786-9907. These guys gave me excellent service. I called about 3:30PM (PDT) and asked them to ship the CD overnight and I had it the next day as promised. The price is $39.95 (and worth every penny). As for documentation, O'Reilly and Associates publishes five manuals for BSD 4.4 (on which FreeBSD 2.x is based). The five volume set: ISBN 1-56592-082-1 System Managers Manual ISBN 1-56592-080-5 Users Reference Manual ISBN 1-56592-075-9 Users Supplementary Documents ISBN 1-56592-076-7 Programmers Reference Manual ISBN 1-56592-078-3 Programmers Supplementary Documents ISBN 1-56592-079-1 These manuals include all the normal manual pages as well as lots of other interesting articles and papers.
