Our Internet connectivity via ethernet to a Livingston has been fine for months now. I have added a 3COM 3C509 for connectivity to our internal network and have disabled routed. I can telnet from the BSDI box to machines on our internal network without any trouble. Ping is fine both from the BSDI box to a node on the internal net and from the internal net to the BSDI box. But the BSDI box does not put up a login prompt when I telnet to it from one of the machines connected to the internal network. Telnet says "Connected to 156.46.62.10. Escape is ^]" and goes no further. All functions on the Internet side are fine on the BSDI box. Telnet in & out, ftp in & out, etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated! -- Martin Wiedmeyer UNIX/AutoCAD Administrator marty@spcf.siemens.com Siemens Power Corp. - Fossil Div. postmaster@spcf.siemens.com -- Martin Wiedmeyer UNIX/AutoCAD Administrator marty@spcf.siemens.com Siemens Power Corp. - Fossil Div. postmaster@spcf.siemens.com -- Martin Wiedmeyer UNIX/AutoCAD Administrator marty@spcf.siemens.com Siemens Power Corp. - Fossil Div. postmaster@spcf.siemens.com
