I'm a recent (and very happy) Free BSD user. I'm getting ready to
upgrade my system from 2.0 to 2.0.5 and am looking for any guidance on
upgrading while preserving my current options, etc.

I havn't found anything in FAQ, etc about this though I easily might
have missed it.

Any words of wisdom would be welcome.
