Here is the situation:

symptoms: Moving a window using the mouse in twm, olvwm, and fvwm crashes
the FreeBSD 2.0.5 box. Minimizing also kills olvwm.

a little h/w info:

chipset: wd 90c00
video ram: 512k
monitor: nec 3d

mouse: on /dev/ttyd1 using the ms-compatible driver (works in X great,
not in window managers however) (aka COM2 IRQ 3 PORT 2F8)

xserver: XF86_SVGA
video modes: 800x600 virtual, 640x480/800x600 physical resolutions
video color depth: 8bpp (256 colors)

opsys: FreeBSD 2.0.5-RELEASE / XFree86 3.1

Thanks in advance for any form of help!
