1) I am trying to get the dialin working for my FreeBSD 2.0.
I was following the FAQ's to do this.
One of the section talk's about how you can use ttydX and
cuaaX devices in place of the ttyXX.

When I make the ttyd4 device it also creates cua04,cuai04 and
cual05, but it doesnot create cuaa4 and when I try to create
cuaa4, I get message like no such device name.

Is there an error in the FAQ (it should have cuaXX instead of
cuaaX) Or I have not understood somthing properly?

2) I am useing the device "cua04" (created from the above step)
to dialout. When I use tip -9600 "number" then I get following
message:
"Cannot synchronize with hayes...."

Any idea why such message will appear?

Thanks in advance.
