Just for what? UUCP over TCP? Simply use `port type tcp' in your
Taylor UUCP config file, and the address of the remote peer instead of
a phone number.
Btw., we are maintaining a non-commercial small ISP here, just for
private use only, and after some bad experiences with IP-only sites,
we are now _urging_ all members to also setup UUCP. UUCP ist just
_the_ offline batch protocol for transfering mail and news. IP
networking has never been designed to run in our current world with
its many dialup-sites, and many things are not well doable with its
concepts.
