Both are true.  The `official' capacity is 150 MB, but you've got the
option to use so-called `extended length' cartridges, yielding 250 MB.
It's comparable to C60 vs. C90 audio cassettes.  Some vendors claim
that mixed usage of standard and extended cartridges could lead to a
`wear pattern', but i cannot (yet) confirm this.

dump 0uBf 250000 /dev/rst0 usr

(or, 150000 for 6150 cartridges)
