I would be interested in increasing my DiskIO using my PCI based controller.. On another note, I currently have a WD 1.2 gig EIDE drive and am considering replacing it with a pair of Seagate 850's. The Seagates are 5400 RPM and 256 cache drives where as the new WD 1.2 is 64 of cache and 4500 RPM. I'm wondering how much of an increase in DiskIO I will notice with the Seagate verses the WD Caviar 1.2..
