Well, I didn't know much about Unix when I started, and I chose NetBSD. 
Just finished installing it last night, as a matter of fact! I have a lot 
of bitching about the install text file and a few things like that, but 
otherwise, it took me 3 hrs, including ftping all the binaries... Not bad.

*gack!* Part of the reason I chose NetBSD to try and install was because 
of what *was* my machine at work, and the bloody linux box that I'm using 
now!
