What should I do to make inetd wake up telnet on the socket
25?
	I've already:
removed `-bd' option from sendmail's command line
copied lines with 23-socket description and changed
		23 to 25.

So, there is no sendmail interference, and the description of 25th port
is exactly same as 23rd, but
	telnet localhost 23
connects, while
	telnet localhost 25
says: "connection refused"
What else? Thanks!
